For the time being at least, you heard it here first.

Now lets get behind the team and cheer them up the league table, Hartlepool is a crucial game and with the support of the fans a game we can win and make Slades immediate future look a lot more secure.

Why is it always the fans job to get the result and never the players or manager ?.

I think the pair of games, Oldham and Hartlepool were crucial and I don't think Bloom is silly enough to make a knee jerk reaction after the first of those games. I appreciate as one of Slades loyalest supporters that a defeat on Saturday would make life difficult for him but what happened to giving managers time, is a quarter of a season enough time to make a judgement??

I think if you looked at it with your head and not your heart and it was another club in our position you would say they were hasty in getting rid of a manager who had already proved a lot by avoiding relegation the previous season.

We all said the Oldham Match was a crucial game...how many more can we give him??

Well, it goes like this :-

Brighton v Oldham - CRUCIAL
Brighton v Hartlepool - REALLY VERY CRUCIAL INDEED
Wycombe v Brighton - WHO CARES, NOT LIKE WE'RE GONNA WIN THE FA CUP
Southampton v Brighton - CRUCIAL IN A KIND OF MUST WIN WAY
Brighton v Leeds United - THE KING OF CRUCIAL
Norwich v Brighton - MEGA IMPORTANT CRUCIAL
Brighton v Charlton - MEGA SUPER IMPORTANT CRUCIAL

Of course it is the job of the manager and players to get the result, but getting behind the side always helps.

agreed, if the moaners put half as much effort into getting behind slade and the team that they put into bitching we would at least generate some kind of atmosphere to help give confidence to the 11 on the pitch!

Rubbish, it is time for Slade to go. He never was the man to take us to the Premiership, now he has shown he is not even the right man to ensure we do will in League 1 (THE OLD THIRD DIVISION!).

New ground one season away, lots of money being invested in the team. We cannot wait for Russell Slade to take us down, or act too late and trust in luck like Tight did last year.

Absolutely! It would be one thing if we were not in the Playoff or Automatic promotion slots, but to be in the RELEGATION ZONE is simply not acceptable!

Since when were we trying to get into the Premiership this year? Also, I have to say that anyone who still calls Dick Knight "Tight" is an idiot and invalidates any other opinions they might express. The man is a Brighton legend who saved the club and to call him names like that is pathetic.

Prick pie is consistent in that he always posts total crap.
Never posts when the team win's only posts when the team loses.

Can you not read? Who said anything about taking us to the Premiership this season? To jump two Leagues would be rather difficult don't you think? :lolol:

Tony Bloom has stated that one of his long-term aims is to get us into the Premiership! Slade would never be capable of that.

Obviously, you are one of the Knight "lickers" - perhaps a Gooner slumming it like him?

I lost my respect for Knight many years ago - the guy got our support with a promise of £2.0 million of ring-fenced money to invest in the playing squad" - where did that go? At last count, he got the playing squad investment back when he allowed Adams to go to Leicester.

Sorry, that has to be one of the funniest posts I've read. Are you a real supporter? Or an Ernest wannabe?

Even your name! With the name pork pie, I cannot give your posts any credibility at all!
