Ive never done sky sports, been doing sun dream team for some time now but will join up this year and join your league!

I'd love to register, but I'm finding it impossible.

All I keep being told if that the details I provide already match an existing account (which may well be the case from last year), but when I try to retrieve my user details I am told that the e-mail address (the one they've just told me is already linked to an account) is not recognised.
