Nope. His wife had the Sky box in her name but had left the home and he wanted to cancel it, he called Sky and they were telling him he had to write a letter giving the details and he was saying "You don't understand I can't spell or write at all, I can't write you a letter, please, please help me" and totally broke down. The camera man had to finish the call.

That's typical of a lot of companies - "let's make it as difficult as possible to cancel something". The trouble i had with Aol!!!!!
