Apart from Palestine not being a recognised state, Hamas is recognised as a terrorist organisation. Can UK citizens also go and fight for Palestinians. If not why not? Question to anyone, not you specifically

It’s not like the good burghers of Rochdale don’t have their own issues of “apartheid” style injustice on their doorstep.
Strange place.
When Starmer gets a big problem in his Party that isn't a Daily Mail plot.At what stage do you accept that Starmer has a big problem in his party and it’s not just a Daily Mail plot?

I realise that many a Tory will be turned on by her negative views on certain things.Sunak has a problem in his party too. If the tabloids weren't so partisan, their London Mayoral candidate would be front page news as well.
The Tories should have replaced her (like the previous one), but as her as divisive comments play into a particular outer London base, they've cynically left her in place.
As least Starmer kicks his bigots out.
Is there some sort of requirement to be a politician where you have to be incredibly dim to apply?Hyndburn councillor Munsif Dad, who leads the local authority's Labour group, is thought to have been at the gathering where two parliamentary candidates are alleged to have made antisemitic remarks.

So many of you utterly silent on the afternoon of 7/10 now banging the genocide drum. All of you have one thing in common ……….Starmer wholeheartedly supporting the genocide taking place right now might be (should be) considered a big problem by some voters but not enough to stop him getting elected.
Guido has been big at pushing the Labour story, but it seems as per usual the right can be as Islamophobic as they like and not a word
Nobody was silent mate. The evidence is there in all the posts on this thread. 99% here are horrified by the violence on both sides and just want for it to somehow end in an equitable way.So many of you utterly silent on the afternoon of 7/10 now banging the genocide drum. He isn't, but he isn't able to criticise Israeli actions as strongly as he might, due to papers like the Mail being ready to jump on it. This isn't a problem in his party, its a problem in the press.Starmer wholeheartedly supporting the genocide taking place right now might be (should be) considered a big problem by some voters but not enough to stop him getting elected.
Were they all stood in a field in Hampshire and not on here like I was? I didn't post anything on 7th October for that reason, I just wanted to check whether it's therefore wrong of me in your eyes to now say what is happening in Gaza is unacceptable because I wasn't sat in front of my computer on a Saturday in October. So many of you utterly silent on the afternoon of 7/10 now banging the genocide drum. yea, most people think the actions of Hamas were deplorable. they also think the actions of Israel in retaliation are also deplorable. So many of you utterly silent on the afternoon of 7/10 now banging the genocide drum. All of you have one thing in common ……….
