Signed Shirt - Identity Help

Looking for some help from the eagle eyed users of this forum.

I recently purchased this top from eBay -

It was only £2.70, so I'm not that bothered if it's a fake signature, but I, nor the seller, know who it is. It's faded quite a bit, so the pictures I can get aren't that great. Had to enhance them in photoshop to even get them this good.

Any ideas?
