Has anyone put shutters in at their house recently?

Blind man from Hilary's has just quoted us £1500 for one large and two small windows.

Is there a better value place to get them from?

Reminds me of one of my favourite jokes ever.

Punchline: "Nice tits. Now where do you want these blinds?"

"Wood"... can be hardwood, MDF or some sort of wood hybrid...

We're looking for economy and happy with MDF painted white ones.

Online searching seems to show that retailers probably rely on similar manufacturer sources and there isn't much price differentiation.

Installation seems to be around £200 for one large window so I'm estimating the cost for one large and two small in the same room to be c.£300...?

Just interested as my son has wooden ones and a friend has plastic ones, same colour too. I can’t tell the difference without touching them
