Sure we make our way in life if we can't but it is a clear fact that is the reason for us being on this planet. So, no I still think it is a right for people to breed as if they are not allowed to it goes against everything we are here for. And the next Baby born will maybe find the cure for all cancers. Even born from a council estate. If we stop this or engineer this, we are interfering in the natural order of things.

The best part of this plan would be that the morally bereft ****wits like Gina would never have been able to spawn the greedy lazy leeches they call children.

As someone who has done exactly that, it's a very, very expensive process so not at all viable. Nor is the looney suggestion from above of taking kids away from parents who have more than two children.

The cost of supporting children of the unemployed is tiny within the scheme of things, scarcely worth worrying about.
