Just who has paid for all these appeals?
I suspect that at some time the European Court of Human Rights will poke its nose in.There must be something more to this and her time abroad, they know more than they are letting on probably for security reasons.
I wonder how many times she can appeal ?
I suspect we all have ...........................Just who has paid for all these appeals?
That's what I was thinking. On the basis of what has been made public I saw no reason for her not to return. Other countries have been rehabilitating youngsters. There must be something more to this and her time abroad, they know more than they are letting on probably for security reasons.

YepIf a supporter of a terrorist group in Britain were to manage to get into Britain and then the country of which they were a citizen said they didn't want them back, they then become Britain's responsibility.
Have I understood correctly ?
here we go.....If she was Sarah and born in Guildford, she'd be coming home to face justice.
Wrong colour. Hope the Supreme Court overturns it
Or, if a supporter of a terrorist group in Syria were to manage to get into Syria and then the country of which they were a citizen said they didn't want them back, they then become Syria's responsibility. If a supporter of a terrorist group in Britain were to manage to get into Britain and then the country of which they were a citizen said they didn't want them back, they then become Britain's responsibility.

Over to you, Syria.
If my Grandmother had big hairy balls she’d be my Grandfather, hey jo get over itIf she was Sarah and born in Guildford, she'd be coming home to face justice.

Unfortunately, people are reactionary. They take a view because in their own court of opinion they think justice has been served but don't think through future ramificationsThat's a yes, then. You support other nations dumping their terrorist sympathisers on Britain
Just boot them out again though if they are illegal ?We cant complain if other countries dump problem people into the Uk now.
It hinges on citizenship, under international law you can't withdraw a person's citizenship if that would leave them stateless. Shemima's parent's were born in Bangladesh so she is also (and now only) a Bangladesh citizen, so far the legal process has agreed with this. Not sure Bangladesh is entirely happy about this and I think they have stated she would be subject to the death penalty if she rocks up there. If a supporter of a terrorist group in Britain were to manage to get into Britain and then the country of which they were a citizen said they didn't want them back, they then become Britain's responsibility.

or it could simply be the appeal lost on matters of law. There must be something more to this and her time abroad, they know more than they are letting on probably for security reasons.

Its one thing taking away a secondary citizenship, but she was UK born. She's ours and we need to deal with herIt hinges on citizenship, under international law you can't withdraw a person's citizenship if that would leave them stateless.
