He can support Falmer as much as he wants but he's still a gobby twat. Colin Wanker is the best anagram ever though.

I actually dont mid Neil Warnock. He speeks the truth alot of the time. He has always had a soft spot for us. I believe he is on record as saying that he would like to manage us one day.

Feel very sorry for them cheated by West Ham.

CK-R probably expects Chelsea to sign him up.

Gobby twat? Because he speaks his mind and calls it as he sees it. That 's a good thing in my book. How many fans can say their manager genuinely supports the club? That's brilliant in a cynical age when club loyalty is often said to be a thing of the past.
He always comes across well when a guest on MOTD2 and has a good sense of humour. He has always spoken highly of us - the club and the fans, and has been very supportive of the Falmer issue. I have a lot of time for Neil Warnock. Football needs more people like him.

Can't really see what Warnock has ever done to us to deserve such loathing, are you sure you're not all just jumping on the bandwagon?

Warnock is quality, he speaks his mind, he's entertaining, and he's actually quite funny a lot of the time. Who would you rather listen to on MOTD, Mark Hughes droning off on another one of his tiresome and unwarranted soliloquys about referees? Glenn Roeder, possibly the least charismatic man in the known universe? Harry Redknapp moaning about injuries and tiny budgets while he stocks up his 50 man squad?

Warnock can at least be guaranteed to come up with a worthy quote or two, and he's 100% better qualified to judge refs than someone like Chris Coleman, as he's actually got off his backside and got himself qualified as a ref.

I think it's disappointing Sheffield United went down. West Ham probably deserved it for their dodgy dealings, while Wigan, who contribute absolutely nothing to the Premiership. I'll miss Warnock on MOTD.

I'm sure he said something nasty about us in the build up to the play offs in the 90's. But I don't care about that or his support of Falmer there is something about him that rubs me up the wrong way (oo-er). Unjustifiable hatred, its the future.

My thoughts exactly.

I wanted them to stay up and Wigan to be relgated. Will Whelan, Wigan Chairman, take the West Ham punishment to court now, will he hell principals go out of the window when you avoid relegation and the loss of £30m.

Was that the most expensive handball ever and what makes a defender jump up in the air with his hand stretched out above his headf

Wigan were more honest about their position, and blamed their position on their own performance. That's one box ticked, and less to feel bitter about regardless of another player's small print.

Strange that a player might handle a ball, but I have seen several of those through this and many other seasons.
I didn't see the game, but apparently, SheffU LOST it, so they go down on merit. Period.

Hang on, I heard Warnock on Five Live earlier and to be fair to him, he did say that his team fell short, nothing less. He didn't blame anyone else for them going down.

Some people have said the whole West Ham shambles was an off the field, paperwork thing, therefore it's only fair to punish them off the pitch.

But presumably, without the dodgy goings on, there's no way a player of Tevez's (and Mascherano's) quality would have signed for a club like West Ham, therefore they have manipulated the situation to acquire a player who would otherwise have been beyond their means. A player who has had a key role in them staying up.

I'm sure Wigan, Charlton, Sheffield United and Fulham will continue with their court case, and I wish them luck, however it'll be an empty gesture as presumably a civil court has no power to make the FA deduct points from West Ham, and there's no way the FA will back down after the conclusion of the season.
