The important issue yet to be raised is of course: which unfortunate Middlesex (?) fielder will the Cromwell Road end choose to relentlessly bait tonight?

And how many times will Mendoza's inflatable shark get on screen *mediawhore*

Gilchrist not playing.

Pretty sure a win tonight will guarantee us a Quarter Final place.

Will be watching on Sky.

Oh, and I used to have an inflatable shark, but after the T20 Finals Day (when we lost to Kent in the Semi's) I threw it away in anger. :nono:

Yes I would have thought so a W10 L6 record (at the worst) would get us into the top 4 surely

So did I but it got THIEVED by a light fingered local in Delhi <superfan> and is probably on re-sale in some dusty backstreet crap-mart in Paharganj as we speak

So I may just bring the giant whale instead, safely rescued from MK Dons where it was considered contraband by their entirely humourless stewards.

I hope Owais Shah's BRILLIANT running-between-the-wickets skills will be getting lots of encouragement from the crowd

They does luv us on Sky!

They've changed it now, but yesterday, their preview line in the TV Guide read something along the lines of

"Sussex Sharks v Middlesex Panthers in the FP Twenty20 cup. Middlesex won this competition in 2008"

Did 2009 not happen then?

Fancy us to lose this, Robbo said its a 'belter of a pitch' meaning Prior and Nash will do well leaving Joyce, Goodwin, Hodd and Gatting having to contribute. Can't see their opening not hitting a biggy either.
