I don't think we have a thread on NSC dedicated to Shannon Ruth, the head coach of the U-21s, which seems remiss given the fine job he appears to be doing. There was fulsome praise from none other than Mr Roberto De Zerbi a few days ago:-

Also - he might be following in RDZ's footsteps in more ways than one! Last night he was booked during the U-21s game against Hull City (no idea what for, can anyone who was there enlighten us)?

Interesting - he does seem to be doing a fine job and the U-21s play with a clear RDZ style.
