The interesting point in the article is Stranraer suggested that Rangers should be required to apply for admission to the bottom tier along with other interested non-league clubs. There is at least one non league club wanting to be elected into SFL3 , the Edinburgh club , Spartans. What would happen if the the 30 SFL clubs had to decide between the two

Personally I care nothing about whether rangers are SPL or SFL 1 or 3. AS LONG AS THEY DON'T PLAY IN ENGLAND !!! :banghead:
