I think people need to remember that Carole was really rubbish. I'm glad he left, he just flattered to decieve. He had all the skill, but didn't apply himself. He would constantly beat players, then beat them again never actually crossing the ball. He would lose possesion, not get back and try and defend and we would concede goals time and again because of him. I don't think he played badly in cold weather, I think he just played badly all the time. He had a couple of good games last season, one of those being leeds away. Thats probably why they signed him. I was pleased to see him leave, the only thing that was galling about it was that we didn't get any money for him.

true, he went on mad runs but only scored twice and didnt really get far most of the time
