They have been sent via email which you have to load onto you iwallet on your smartphone.

Check your spam/junk folder if it isn’t in you inbox.

See the other thread on this and you will see that there seems to be a problem with Hotmail accounts not receiving the email. My wife had this problem but you can go directly to the ticket site, login and then download the ticket from your account.

Mine like many others went into my junk folder.

Yes you are correct, I have had a ST since day 1 at the Amex and the one I used when I last went was issue 2.
I’m going to miss this card

Thanks to the OP, I didn’t know they had been emailed out - went to junk folder, never had a club email do that before. Many people are going to miss this as I know I never look in my junk mail folder
