If you look at the picture with the article on the website the first seat in each row has a sticker indicating it's a passing place for people exiting the stands so they can't do that if someone is sitting there so not sure it is just renumbering the seats!!!

During reduced attendances you won't have your normal seat anyway

HOLD FIRE - seats have been renumbered and you WILL have the same seat.

Don't contact the club - all is cool, and we'll get an email shortly.

Could this insider info from you be made a tad more prominent Bozza before it builds up a head of steam of club-knocking (tho on a 'customer' communication level they deserve any incoming flak on this occasion)

It is just renumbering

This is what I recived in reply to my email

"I can confirm communications are going out shortly to supporters as some number changes have been made during the time that supporters haven't been in the stadium. As far as i can see no changes have been made to the seat position, it is just the numbering which has changed but full details will arrive shortly"

My seat number has changed but spoke to someone called Marley on live chat and he said the seat is the same but the stadium has been renumbered!

I've been shifted too, I feel a little violated.

So is this just for Covid, or permanent renumbering.

If permanent, when are the new ST cards being sent.

I guess they have some time to sort out new ST cards, as I can't see us being able to use our normal seats for some time. New number or not.

So why change them then? Pretty certain everyone knows that if you are lucky to get a ticket in the ballot it isn't going to be your seat and if you get to go to more than one match your likely to be in different seats.

Yeah there's hardly any rush to get the replacement season tickets out at the moment!

But if you look at the photo on article on the web site, it clearly shows the first seat in each row has a sticker indicating that it will be a space for people to pass when exiting the stadium. If they need to stand there then it's not obviously going to be used as a seat!!

Blimey, my new number is 213 away from my previous one - that's some renumbering

Might they have been changed as extra seats have been put with the stadium during the break, hence a new numbering system?

This is nothing to do with COVID, season ticket holders will not be in their "own" seats during restricted attendance. If you get lucky in the ballot, you then go and buy a seat from the website from those available and use your phone or print at home as your ticket.
