Season Ticket Not Arrived

I know it's most likely that my new season ticket will arrive tomorrow morning, but just so I know, is there anything I can do if it doesn't? Is anyone else in this situation and how are you planning to deal with it?

Cheers

The club have said that if you haven't got your ticket in Monday's post, you can ring the ticket office and they'll arrange to print you one off.

Failing that, you just won't be able to go.

Call the ticket office(with your FAN number), tell them your ticket hasn't arrived and they will sort you a paper ticket to be collected tomorrow evening.

Are you a new season ticket holder or have you moved seats? I know it's stating the obvious but if you aren't, then you use your card from last season.

It doesn't matter where we play, what division we're in, whether we employ 10 staff or 1,000, every year without fail Brighton and Hove Albion seem to think it's acceptable to deliver something worth at least £400 dangerously close to the deadline. Moronic.

Does seem an odd way of doing it

I've moved seats mate, just worried as we have a terrific first home game!

Did you complete the new "know your customer" form? Money laundering rules are tighter this season.

It's a bit of a piss take to be fair. My mate, who signed up the same time as me, and sits next to me, hasn't received his. Given that he's already paid £150 or so already since signing up, it's a bit of a joke that they've left it so late. I wonder what they are going to do with regards compensating people for the travel costs incurred? A goodwill gesture on top of that is also, IMO, not unreasonable.

Compensation? Goodwill Gesture? Jesus Christ, thats all people are interested in these days....

What do you want? a free season ticket? free 1901?

I really dislike this compensation culture...SO the ticket was late arriving....what have you lost?

How come the Royal Mail is delivering at three different times a day anyway? We used to only get one delivery mid morning. Recently we have had mail at five thirty in the afternoon. Not that I'm moaning like.

As the post says, travel costs. Not everyone lives near the Amex.

I have it on good authority that the last 7,000 season tickets were sent by the company who carry out Brighton's mailings on Friday.

I am assuming that the postage would have been 2nd class so Tuesday is the day they should be delivered.
