I know it's most likely that my new season ticket will arrive tomorrow morning, but just so I know, is there anything I can do if it doesn't? Is anyone else in this situation and how are you planning to deal with it?
Cheers
It doesn't matter where we play, what division we're in, whether we employ 10 staff or 1,000, every year without fail Brighton and Hove Albion seem to think it's acceptable to deliver something worth at least £400 dangerously close to the deadline. Moronic.
Are you a new season ticket holder or have you moved seats? I know it's stating the obvious but if you aren't, then you use your card from last season.
I've moved seats mate, just worried as we have a terrific first home game!
Just come back from the Amex --they printed me off a paper ticket for tomorrows match--very helpful--but did not know where my season ticket has got to!
Your postie has it .. Judging by the packaging its pretty obvious whats in the envelope . with the words its finally arrived on the outside.
It's a bit of a piss take to be fair. My mate, who signed up the same time as me, and sits next to me, hasn't received his. Given that he's already paid £150 or so already since signing up, it's a bit of a joke that they've left it so late. I wonder what they are going to do with regards compensating people for the travel costs incurred? A goodwill gesture on top of that is also, IMO, not unreasonable.
I'm the same haven't got mine yet sent an email to the club and they have printed me one out to get tomorrow
Compensation? Goodwill Gesture? Jesus Christ, thats all people are interested in these days....
What do you want? a free season ticket? free 1901?
I really dislike this compensation culture...SO the ticket was late arriving....what have you lost?
As the post says, travel costs. Not everyone lives near the Amex.
