Has anyone managed to move a ST within the North Stand this morning ?

Firstly you need to login as the season ticket holder who wishes to move, then once logged in click on their name topright, then click - season tickets, then tick Season ticket 2023/24, then click on 'replace seat' and then the available seat options come up and you click on the one you want and confirm

Despite it saying that you can't call up until 2pm, I've just managed to do my move (from N1A to N2 family area - 'downgrade' not possible online) this morning.

£225 saved!

yes moved mine and my sons from n2 to n1 but because i was downgrading my ticket price had to be done over phone not online

Believe it was 9am for online moves (including calls if you are downgrading and have tried this online) or 2pm if you want to do any move over the phone.

Moved this morning online at 08:55 but called at 9am due to a downgrade and no issues at all.

Only showing move availability in North and South. It says West and East was from Friday but no seats are showing in those areas. Anyone know why this is?

They did it last year too, its just because they want to restrict their admin to just North/South moves for a few days. The East/west initial window was last week. They will come back up as an option probably by the end of the week

We have moved seats in the North so there maybe two seats together still available in Block F Row J if they haven't gone yet

I know someone that has moved seats last week in the east so maybe all the ones allocated as season ticket seats have actually been snapped up already.

I had same issue , West & East disappeared over night from options.

I did my swap over the phone and then told the guy that I would have done this online had the west & east still be on the screen and he said it was not right and would look into it......
