Looks like a very large number of STHs didn't take up their seats ahead of today.

Really pity its not a Saturday, but Monday night, TV and January is a bad combo

I can see the attendance being very small for this one. With the game being on a Monday night, I think they should have made tickets £15 max. I realise that would mean they would make a loss (especially with the policing costs) but at least the stadium would be a bit fuller.

I think we can be assured of a pretty good tujrn out, bearing in mind the opposition.

Quantify "pretty good turn out".

With all these spare seats available, there's sure to be pockets of Palace scattered about.

Can't do it as it's a Monday night, but having a quick look on the website all the other STH seats around me are available to buy as well.

Booked it. Packed it. F*cked off

I'm right next to the away fans with my boy in the family stand, so who wouldn't want to miss that experience again?
Bring it on!

Personally I think it shows 2 things. The FA Cup is devalued hugely and secondly, a lot of people are fed up with Crystal Palace and the broohaha that surrounds their matches against us. Add tv and Monday evening into that equation and hence the apathy.

I'm going, but I feel a combination of complete overkill with the reduced Palace allocation makes it a sterile venture with more than likely two reserve sides playing a match in a tournament both would say is by no means a priority this year given the League positions..

That doesn't matter, if you support a team, you go and support them when they're playing your main rival.

I`m a season ticket holder, have been going since 1978 and FA Cup was the biggest thing when I was a kid.
I might have gone if it had been a Saturday/Sunday luchtime/afternoon kick off but really can`t be bothered on a freezing Monday night watching our reserves take on Palace reserves. Went to the Barnet game and that was dreadful.

Personally I agree and although i am not bothered about watching palace anymore, i like watching us be it against Bury, Barnsley or Bournemouth. I have tickets for the match after initially deciding i wouldn't go. But I'm not bothered that other people don't always feel the same as me. Even in the 70's not everyone was caught up in the hatred for palace.
