1. Considering injuries at start of season and new manager in place we have done well to get as far as we have.
2. Derby were the better side in both legs of play off
3. We need yo be more positive at home as home results have really cost us this season. We do not have " fortress AMEX"
4. The away results have been good overall. As an "old supporter " (over 65 ) I can remember when we used to be shit away from home.perhaps the " Gillingham Years" when every game was away taught us a thing or two
5.some hard decisions needed in close season both in management and players

We are very lucky to have the situation we have with a Chairman who has his heart and his money support in the club
