No, Match Live is still there with stats, line ups, other game comms, etc. But I suspect you made the easy mistake - as I did last time - of choosing Match Live Centre from the non-subscribers' menu on the left of the page. If, instead, you select Match Live Centre from the right, beneath the SW tab, you will get all the bells and whistles as before - as long as you have already signed in at the front of the site.It's working for me too. However, I would still like to complain. In previous seasons I have been able to access the commentary via the Match Live Centre. Now, despite having the same level of membership, I am told I do not have permission to access that area and have to listen via Windows Media Player, thus losing out on the teams, match stats and text commentary, not to mention the goal updates from the other games (not such an issue tonight obviously). PTV bastards![]()

The lunacy of PTV failing to recognise you and your paid-for entitlements - even after you've just signed in - and continuing to treat you as a member of the Great Unwashed, is simply beyond belief. It's as if concepts like marketing, membership schemes and customer care had never been invented.

That's weird, because I've described precisely how I got to enjoy the full M atch Live works this evening.Thanks for the advice, but have just tried that and it still with holds my rightful match live centre from me![]()
I struggle with the commentary. When I click the Commentary button it (Vista) wants me to download an ASX file, which I then need to open in Media Player. Though tonight even that's not working.

Forgot about this. In light of tomorrow's repeat failure of Seagulls World to provide me with my required service I will be contacting them now. If only they were as efficient as the club shop.
I have found in the past, that when I have complained, I have been given a free week's subscription. I guess that means, that if they messed up every game, you could get Seagulls world for free!

You could try going to the matches, like REAL fans do, like me (sorry, I will once again be a Seagulls World listener soon, but let me have my moment having suffered both home games so far this season and the OGH testimonial!!)
