Delighted to receive my copy of Seagulls Ska today - slapped it in the player and was even more delighted that my son was singing along "we want falmer". He's not even 2 yet - genius. Daddy is very proud:clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

My 6 year old son loves it and keeps playing it over and over. he loves the donkey noises in the donkey derby song and sings GOSBTS very loudly. His football hating mother (who's never been to a game) is disgusted with us but hey who cares, I'm proud of him!

The fast version of GOSBTS is growing on me, just wish it had the proper vocals "we're going up and we'll win the cup" instead of the new fangled version!

There was some debate in the studio just before laying down the backing vocals as to which words to sing.

In one corner was 'TO win the cup...'
In the other was 'and WE'LL win the cup...'

Didn't get very heated though. :(

Should have been a bloody great fight!

Sing the proper words newbies!

As I recall, we were more concerned about whether we would remember the words to the chorus of The Donkey Derby.

Then Tim Carder wrote them down and pinned them on the wall...

"Eee Yore, Eee Yore", if I remember rightly.
