I inadvertantly ordered my new shirt in the wrong size last week, I posted it back to them on Thursday afternoon and the new one arrived first thing Saturday mornng. In this day and age it's good to see such good service, well done shop people.

I agree but that was more down to the club then the staff in the shop. I have always found the shop staff very helpful. When we played Watford away last season, my misses wanted to buy me an away shirt to wear. Went in to the shop and asked about printing. At first they said they were to busy and could not do it. When I explanied that I wanted it for the game the next day, and was about to get on a train to go, they bent over backwards to get it done for me.
