I paid my £4.49 for the month on April 11th, I then cancelled my subscription so I didn't forget as the season is coming to a close and with no games after the very beginning of May, I don't tend to use Player over the summer months. My account says on it that my sub expires May 12th. Imagine my surprise then when I go to listen to the match tonight and I am unable to do so. Seems completely wrong to me, to simply steal almost 5 quid of my money and not provide me with my 30 days of service.
Unfortunately I'm moving to the States this October and Player will be my only source of gametime, otherwise I'd never use this conning piece of garbage again. No point in emailing them or anything either, because it'll either be ignored or fobbed off. We really should work on an independent player system.
