Well looking at it closely as I have been now - i do find the adaptor socket on the side would somehow impede its obviously intended use?

There must be something special about it to need mains power as well

Actually it looks a lot less threatening than the "Rabbit" them things are NOISY! look like some sort of futuristic weapon in my view!!

At least your one looks practical, aside from the sharp looking bits at the top!
