Did any body else get a woman or man at the door today? with a seagulls scratch card-with the chance to win 100 pound or a car?
Would be a refreshing change for someone selling Albion scratchcards coming to the door rather than Jehovas Witnesses.

Perhaps we could get Jehovah's witnesses to sell scratch cards?
Could kill two birds with one stone.
I've seen these Seagulls scratch cards kicking about for years in random papershops. Always assumed that they were some kind of low-level scam or that they were about twenty years past their sell-by date, cos I've never once seen them promoted in any shape or form by the club
(that's a 'shrug' smiley in old money by the way)
I’m Gobsmacked some of you did not know these exist.
There is a large band of dedicated collectors including myself who have been delivering these for years generating much needed revenue for the club.
There are currently two type, a instant win scratch off card to match 3 symbols.
£1,2,5,10,20 up to £1000 and club shirts & the a car !, all for just a £1 a go
As a point of interest, in the current batch of 1 million tickets there are I believe 4 cars to be won, and having sold 300,000 into this batch no cars have yet been claimed, so the odds say one is due very soon, so get on board now ! PM me your details an I will get a collector to call on you.
Also there is a Bingo card to again with 4 playing cards to win up to £1000
Both these games are £1 each and collectors call either each week or fortnightly.
You can subscribe monthly, annually if you wish and the club will scratch them off for you.
In fact one of these subscribers did recently will £1000
The club is always looking for new collectors for both these and the new Albion lotto draw to be announced very soon.
Its a bit of extra pocket money and you will be helping the club.
Again if interested please PM me.
Ah, right, cheers for info. I in turn am genuinely gobsmacked that it seems to be quite a large operation. I honestly never knew it existed other than as I say some totally unpromoted scratchcards lying forlornly on the shelf of random papershops.
And cheers for the PM offer, but now that I know they are indeed legit and active, I'll be be able to pick one up easy enough.
But they could do with being promoted a whole lot more by the club. IMHO, like.
