Where has this quote come from? Don't just say 'BBC news'; point us to the exact article, which clearly states that the majority of incidences of reported gun crime in the UK is associated with ethnic minorities.

A couple of things...

i) that page is over 3 years old. Could you not find any more recent data to back up your claim?

ii) it states that African-Caribbean descendants are 'presently' (i.e. in 2003) the worst. while this is what you wrote in your last post, it doesn't support the initial postings, that we should get rid of Muslims, Jews, gays and gypsies.


I have found a Home Office report from February 2007 which uses 2005/6 figures. While it doesn't have figures for ethnicity of criminals, it does show where gun crimes were committed (on page 38). This shows that 35% of gun crime was in the Metropolitan police force area, with 11% in Greater Manchester and 9% in the West Midlands, and the rest coming from the rest of the country combined. Since your article refers only to crack dealers in London being of African-Caribbean descent, it therefore only represents at an absolute maximum one third of actual gun crime.

There does not appear to be any actual evidence that ethnic minorities are responsible for the majority of gun crime, as it appears that this is not measured; it is, in fact, a poorly conceived idea that you have come up with. Do not pedal bullshit that you have made up as FACT.

Right then so why is there a unit that investigates just gun crime in the black community. The white community doesn't have their own operation.
