Players know each other from playing in youth teams etc - maybe McDonald knew Armstrong from playing for England at youth level etc. Players always seem to keep in touch as well.

Straight from Joe Royles mouth, saw it last night on Sky Sports, so if /when Henderson goes back to Reading I reckon its worth a go for him on loan again.
