Regular midweek games have been around for decades before Sky TV. If you want to 'blame' anything, blame floodlight technology, not Sky.

Personally, I love midweek matches.

I prefer midweek games too. Football often tends to get in the way of a weekend! :)

I have been about a bit longer than Sky, what i am trying to say games are getting moved more generally because of Sky.

Not a fan of paying for tely personally if i'm going to pay to watch sport i would prefer to go to the game.

I do miss the boxing and now the f1 but those f*ckers won't get me funding these mega rich stars through Sky TV.

No. Live 90 miles away, married,am at work by 7 and I prefer midweek games. Work in retail so Saturdays are harder for me.

I hate the hassle associated with midweek games. Having to leave work early and also having to drive instead of taking the train.

Ditto, sometimes work at home as easier

Regardless sky's coverage is great! The F1 this season has been fantastic and the boxing recently (Froch) was out of this world. Plus premier league, champions league, championship games etc along with my Brighton season ticket, this combination more than satisfies my sporting needs! Thank god for sport!

This. Midweek games are great. Friday night games are my preference!

(I work in Brighton, so it's easy for me)

I prefer midweek games, but as I don't drive and live in Taunton I find them mostly unreachable.Train back to Taunton after an evening game ? Yes,but with an overnighter on Bristol Temple Meads.Otherwise it's a two day trek.............or not.

Retired and live a long way from Brighton - a mix of midweek and weekend games is perfect as we will usually "make a day of it". Saturdays we will come to Brighton early and do a bit of shoopping or catch a stroll on the seafront if the weather permits while on weekdays we will probably call off somewhere on the way - depending on which way we come it could be an afternoon at Stonehenge or Hampton Court or any of those places you have always meant to visit but never got round to as long as they are to the north or the west of Brighton. Suggestions welcome! Quite looking forward to planning it
