Well I like his words. They have got to concentrate on their jobs, the basics and do them well. Let him and the coach concentrate on the technicalities. Yes they need to free up a bit , get a bit of confidence and not be afraid. Norwich are dangerous as are all the teams in this division, perhaps bar one.

All managers in this division are under pressure. I do not have the stats but I would guess there have been more sackings here this season that in the premiership.
