Had Charlie Rowley not found that perfume bottle and removed Ii from the litter bin, as a gift for his girlfriend, that would have gone to waste disposal and probably incinerated. The consequences of that could have been horrendous for those workers on the day and the whole City. Salisbury came close to a catastrophe. As awful as it was, I hope he can take some consolation from that fact.

I am not sure that's true. I think incineration would destroy it. So would rain.
