Are we now affected by the salary cap? Does it cover the bottom two divisions, or is it only League 2?

Can't imagine our wage bill is two steep, but it has to remain within 60% of annual turnover I believe.

Am I right?

I heard - from a very reliable source - that our wage bill was below 60 per cent of turnover in the Championship season of 2004/05. And that was on a relatively tiny turnover.
