Before our company sold out to a FAT ASS American company, everyone was happy, work used to get done and the company made a profit. There where no meetings or any other bullshit to get in the way and everyone used to get on with their jobs and most importantly have a laugh.
Roll on 1 year since being taken over, everything we do is scrutinised by new managers who know f*** all, everyone has stupid job titles and everything requires a good damn F*(king meeting. No one has a joke anymore.
The directors dangle carrots in front of people. Make us more and more profit each month, and you will get rewarded, most importantly keep the American directors and shareholders happy is what we are told.
In the end you hate your job, you hate the system. And this is one reason why this world is in such a state that is it today, GREED to the maximum. You almost wish for the shares in the company to crash and burn, and seeing those guys in these pictures, make me thing SERVE YOU RIGHT.
