having lived out of the social limelight, not being part of the fotballers party and clubbing scene, i really doubt it.

i reckon whats happening here is the media seeding a false rumour so that the court feels compelled to lift the injuction to avoid it harming and innocent unrelated third party. expect to see a "false rumours abound" story in the next few days, followed by the injuction lifted in time for the weekend papers.
