I imagine European coalition could be producing thousands as we speakAnd I guess we don't have to ship them all the way from Iran, N. Korea etc.

I've no idea of the numbers, but I would imagine that this visibility of supply could be very important.I imagine European coalition could be producing thousands as we speak
500 drones is great, but Id guess Ukraine are burning through more than that each week? Here's a screen grab from Denys. I read about and mentioned this a few weeks back... some European countries joined in a 'drone coalition ' to produce for Ukraine. Here's a delivery - go, Latvia.

Possibly more than that.500 drones is great, but Id guess Ukraine are burning through more than that each week?
I imagine 500 in a morning. I just hope it's the tip of a growing iceberg .500 drones is great, but Id guess Ukraine are burning through more than that each week?
Across the whole front line I'd guess you'd be more accurate.I imagine 500 in a morning. I just hope it's the tip of a growing iceberg .
I'm staying out of this.Across the whole front line I'd guess you'd be more accurate.
500k would be really something. 500 whilst better than nothing is not much better.
The US is in constant contact with Kyiv.
I suspect if they weren't supportive they'd have made it very clear, very publicly by now TBH, also if they thought there was any risk or escalation from itHopefully in a supportive way.
Yes, good point. Zelensky said recently that this has been in planning for months. I can't see that the Americans were not on board with it.I suspect if they weren't supportive they'd have made it very clear, very publicly by now TBH, also if they thought there was any risk or escalation from it
I imagine it's possible that combined arms training has been going on for months or longer, and this is the first action where that's become evidentYes, good point. Zelensky said recently that this has been in planning for months. I can't see that the Americans were not on board with it.
Which raises further questions around the role of the Americans in this. I read a British army bloke who said he was very impressed with the Ukrainians' combined arms operations in Kursk. At the risk of sounding like a paranoid Russian, this does sound like the Americans have been involved in the operation, at least at the planning stage, and presumably the provision of satellite imagery and remote sensing expertise.
If this is true, then it's no wonder the Russians are worried. It's interesting that the end goal of the operation has not been broadcast in the public domain. It may be because if it were, it would increase the risk of escalation by the Russians.
Surely time for Ukraine to call an election in Kursk - which will, of course show 98% in favour of Ukraine rule!
Good one.I definitely think they should, just to mock Putin.
I'd say most of us on this thread think the same thing while at the same time feeling a little sad for the soldiers who don't want to be there, hate this war and the way the psychopath just keeps sending them to be slaughtered. However long may Russian incompetence last.I know this is The Scum, but I can't remember where I saw it. I think I'm going to hell. Does smiling at the destruction of Russian troops, and laughing at friendly fireincidents make me a bad person. If so I'm a very bad person.
