And with troops it's quality, not quantity that will eventually win the day.
I’m not convinced cannon fodder needs to be quality, seems Putin considers all his troops to be that.
And with troops it's quality, not quantity that will eventually win the day.
It looks very false flag. Bump off someone prominent, but expendable, most likely with the aim of improving army recruitment.
Of course it could be Ukranian sympathisers or an anti Putin cell working alone. Highly unlikely to be the Ukranian government though. Lots to lose and nothing to gain.
Quantity has a quality all its ownAnd with troops it's quality, not quantity that will eventually win the day.
Ukraine says it has broken Russian lines in Kherson

Russia also says that the counter attack failed with heavy Ukrainian losses.
This is good news, based on the fact that everything Russia says is a lie.
Let’s be honest.......................................
Hear hear. A great man. RIP.The wrong Russian/USSR leader has died.
RIP Gorbachev.
Looks like Putin's up to his old tricks again...
From the Guardian:
The chairman of Russia’s second-largest oil producer Lukoil, Ravil Maganov, has died after falling from a hospital window in Moscow, according to reports.
The company confirmed his death but said Maganov, 67, had died following a “serious illness”.
Several Russian outlets reported that he died after falling out of a window of a Moscow hospital. According to the Russian state-owned news agency Tass, Maganov had taken his own life.
Maganov is the second top LUKoil executive to die in mysterious circumstances in recent months, after the billionaire Alexander Subbotin was found dead in a shaman’s home in Mytishchi in May.
Lukoil was one of the few major Russian companies to call for an end to the Ukraine war. In March, it released a statement calling for a “fast resolution” to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and expressing its “sincere empathy for all victims, who are affected by this tragedy”.
I know Ukraine started an offensive recently to take back Kherson at least. Not heard anything about that at the moment. Possibly hasn't gone well as hoped for?
Reports suggesting the 2nd line of defence has been breached in places. News blackout from the Ukrainian side which makes sense. Ukrinform.net is normally very informative but is all quiet on this situation. V disciplined. Reading that the terrain has a lot of wide drainage ditches so not suitable for armoured warfare. Will more than likely be an infantry slog, so could be slow and bloody. Good luck to the Ukrainian grunts, hope the Russians break with the threat of encirclement. Read a while back their command HQ have been moved back east of the Dnieper. Would hardly help morale if so.I know Ukraine started an offensive recently to take back Kherson at least. Not heard anything about that at the moment. Possibly hasn't gone well as hoped for?
