I don't think enough people know about this guy. Captain Tom raised £40m walking round his f***ing garden. The Hardest Geezer's challenge is a lot more impressive.

Ross has been running a marathon or more EVERY DAY for nearly a year !!! and has run in 30 degree heat and through the desert and got held up and threatened with guns once to raise money. HE"S A LEGEND.
And in two days time he will have run the entire length of AFRICA . (also he's from Worthing and doesn't like Palace.)

It’s an attention-seeking twat. Should never do that to anyone finishing a run even if you’ve ‘helped’ in any way at all. Russ is so laid-back he won’t say anything though.
