Was it BBC1? Can we watch it on the late South East bulletin?

Lord B has answered this on the Argus thread. It was BBC SouthEast. Hopefully they'll show it again later.

Was it shown on BBC South Today? I suppose it depends on how much sailing is on...

My housemates are watching something, so I can't check- does anyone know what Sky channel BBC South East is on for those not in the region. Ta

South East Today is available on-line at http://www.bbc.co.uk/southerncounties/

At the moment, they are still showing last Friday's edition, but that will eventually be replaced by tonight's.

Cheers Ed. Can I be really lazy and ask roughly how far into said programme the piece is. Don't overly want to sit through 25 minutes of local news magazine dirge if it can be at all avoided :thumbsup:

We're in the SouthEast region but if we want to watch BBC South then it is 984. I'm not sure if it works in reverse.

Cool. Cheers Yorkie, it'll be in that rough area then. I think all BBC regions are covered in that area of Sky, regardless of whether it's 'your' one or not so I don't think it'll be 984, but it won't be far away.

About 18-20 minutes in, as far as I remember. If you skip the early bits, you'll miss the CLASSIC local TV news story ... "Kent man was in Glasgow".

:lolol::lolol:

Now you've dangled that carrot, I'll HAVE to watch the whole thing now.

Anyway, I see your Kent man and I raise you a Hampshire woman who's just discovered she's part German...

Still, it'll make a refreshing change from hearing about the Poole Pirates speedway team or a sailing regatta in Weymouth.
