Always a sign Xmas is round the corner and one of the great entertainment spectacles of the year.

This years vintage is particularly good with Stomp!, Olly
Murs, Joe Pasquale, John Bishop and Lost Voice Guy performing.

Great ! was getting bored of the Liverpool game and don't want to miss that superb line up. If the Queen goes, how does she stay awake?

That's a line up to guarantee reaching for the remote to change channels

The Royal Variety Performance used to be one of the TV highlights of the year, but, I am quite old now.

Damn. I missed it. Was HRH there or did she send Wills or Hazza to step in? As she does these days when it's some pile of shit that she's had to attend for years.

"Oh for ****'s SAKE Phil. It's that plebfest again. DECADES I've had to endure this rubbish! You bail out by being "ill" these days anyway. Well **** it, I've had enough. Call William and tell him his inheritance is toast unless he goes to watch those poncing, unfunny GIMPS. If they expect me to go again I'm setting MI5 on that **** McIntyre.

"Oh and pour me another gin. Naked Attraction's about to start."

It was former Men Behaving Badly star Lesley Ash, bit of an anticlimax though as the big rumour going round the town was that it was Pauline Quirke.

What did Lenny Henry do to get a knighthood as I don't find him funny at all. Thank fully I haven't seen him yet and in fact didn't know that he was on the cast list for tonight.

Petula Clark looked amazing for 87 and still sings pretty well too

Emeli Sande though I find annoying, sounds like she’s got something stuck in her throat when she sings...I’ll leave it at that

The most curious thing..
Good wholesome all round family entertainment...….:sick:
