I dont endorse or support "bigoted bullshit" by any means but I am keen on freedom of expression and speech and the right to take the piss and offend IF it is within the law.
What do you think they of Jerry Sadowitz, Ricky Gervais, Frankie Boyle, Lennny Bruce?
The best comedians are edgy, thought provoking and occasionally cause offence.
Safe inoffensive comedy does exist but it can be a little bit bland, the likes of Michael MacIntyre spring to mind.
Finally comedy is subjective. Not all people are going to lap up Stewart Lee. It is arrogant and a bit patronising to dictate to people what and who they are allowed to find funny.
