he was on our final four shortlist along with ian dowie, mcghee and someone else i cant remember.

I think you will find it was Steve Cotterill, Kev! Where the hell did you get Klaus Toppmoller (of Bayer Leverkusen fame) from?

Anyway the final four shortlist didn't include the "Champions LEague" manager, Cotteril was the fourth. The other three are all now out of work.

Kev, it wasn't Klaus Toppmoller, 1) because he didn't apply, and 2) he wasn't manager of Cameroon (or any other 2002 world cup team).

Just googled it, Winifred Schaeffer was the Cameroon boss in 2002 which did FA and was the one who was going to be our manager after Taylor
