I have been critical of him in the past for giving the ball away but I thought yesterday he had his best game for us to date.

Future looks very promising.

Think he has fantastic potential. The height and athleticism he has gives him an advantage over most opponents. Needs to improve on his ball control for me, never convincing and occasionally a liability. Decision making not incredible either but that'll come with experience, especially with the likes of Andrews, Bridcutt and Crofts around to help.

Couple of moments on Saturday with bursts of momentum upfield and he was unstoppable. Think sometimes him and JFC need to gamble a bit more and bust a gut to get on the end of a ball in the box. Although JFC eventually did that well with a goal...

Overall a young player (isn't he 20 btw?) with huge potential, think he can become a decent mid table prem player at least with the right guidance. Patience and first team football are a must. Think he should be loaned out to top league 1 side if not much game time available here with players back from injury.

I like his presence, I still think he will end up as a centre half....he does rush his passing sometimes, going astray, but I like his potential a lot.

Rohan Ince. Beast mode activated.
Massive potential. Through games comes composure. I remember a certain Liam Bridcutt lacked composure when he first joined. With a bit of nurturing Ince really could be the real deal. I also like the idea of him in an advanced position, having players who through one move can drive you 30 yards up the pitch is a huge advantage.

Ince looks outstanding. This would be my best starting 11.

Whilst I agree our best 11 players would suit a three at the back formation, I'd be surprised if OG opted for this. I have a view that us having three at the back is easier for the opposition to put us under pressure in possession. I can't think of many ball playing sides that play three at the back.
