Rohan Ince to Swindon etc...

Ince found NOT guilty of wounding with intent.

Good. If he had bottled the bouncer, it would have been more than a spot of blood on his jacket. He would've had loads of it. It meant he was near the incident, which he admits.

Yes. When seemingly the only reason he isn't now in prison is because of a loss of CCTV.

That comes under lack of identification. Obviously the witnesses didn't convince the jury, that Ince was the culprit. There were hundreds of people around in the dark, so the prosecution needed to prove beyond all reasonable doubt, that Ince had committed the offence.

Edit to add, I've just read it was a unanimous not guilty decision. Not one of the jurors believed he was guilty, not one.

A decision that means he still has a career, as no doubt a prison sentence would have followed if he had been found guilty. Hopefully a valuable life lesson has been learnt, so that in the future he does not place himself in situations where trouble is occurring and he walks away from the situation rather than exposing himself to potential issues.

He needs to now fully focus on his game to get back to the level where (allegedly) Liverpool and a other PL clubs were interested in him.

That doesnt follow as I have been hit over the head with a bottle a couple of times once with a coke bottle and once a cider bottle neither, although bringing about some blood, did not bring it gushing as per to players clashing heads/.

He said he was in that position, because someone attacked his brother. He admitted punching that person, but was not involved with the bouncer.

LuaLua got away with more when his trial collapsed in Newcastle Crown court.

The evidence had already been given that the bouncer needed seven staples in his head. That would mean a lot of blood.

Do you know that car ad, for the car that reads out your texts? Puts me in mind of BG, that does.

I once saw him pull out of a tackle, because he didn't have the bottle. Perhaps this was similar.

In other news, he's definitely guilty of a poor taste in hairdressers, judging by the picture in today's Argus

7 staples would all be put very near to each other and probably within about a 1 inch cut . I had 400 put in a 5 inch cut on my neck following my operation but it is all totally irrelevant and supposition as he was found not guilty.
