Absolutely outstanding. He clearly knows what it means tomorrow and more......
It does not - it just means that whoever's covering for the SEGW tomorrow will now spend the time worrying that they're going to get BASHED.Fascinated that he said Velts will defo be playing. Does that help Palarse or now I wonder.
Don't think it helps Palace at all. He also revealed that Mac Allister will play, and that Undav or Ferguson will be up front. So still lots of things to consider. Where does Gross play? Right back, with Veltman in the centre alongside Dunk. Does Veltman play right back with Webster back in the starting 11 meaning Gross probably playing behind the lone striker, which means Welbeck won't be starting if one of Ferguson or Undav is, but his comments can come across as though it's Welbeck and one other up front.I wonder who the other fitness concerns are (and understand why he didn't share all the secrets). Fascinated that he said Velts will defo be playing. Does that help Palarse or now I wonder.
Loved his comments about Undav. This guy reall DOES have a degree of emotional intelligence!!
Don’t think it does, he could play RB or RCB, saying if Lamptey was starting I think would be more telling, I expect Joel will partner Dunk tomorrowI wonder who the other fitness concerns are (and understand why he didn't share all the secrets). I'm sure he's saying PalarseAbsolutely outstanding. He clearly knows what it means tomorrow and more......
Exactly- not saying anything about Lamptey is great……Veltman playing is absolutely no help to Palace at all Quite possible Lamptey and Veltman both start. Or not, no ?Don’t think it does, he could play RB or RCB, saying if Lamptey was starting I think would be more telling, I expect Joel will partner Dunk tomorrow
He probably said that because Potter was absolutely shite at themThat pizza box botherer always used to say that there was zero point to press conferences, but I think Roberto's one today was very telling about all sorts of things/players. He's clearly good at motivating the players and improving their confidence. Also great to hear that Undav is focussed and that Veltman is integral to the team.
CLEARLY gets the whole 'rivalry' thing, which is quite refreshing for fans to hear. Just hope the team can get the job done on the pitch without any drama...
