The charisma of a man who owns the room without trying. Just the way he flicks between speaking English and using a translator is so controlled, so seamless. It's fascinatingHe's got that rare attribute in football management, stage presence... In spite of his limited English, he's engaging, and he draws you into what he's saying... it's not an arrogance, a Gus level of self-confidence or a Mourinho level of vanity, he's got something special in terms of his insightfulness and honesty. I'm sure the players will love that part of him... Not getting carried away, as the next few weeks will be tough, but it's refreshing to have a manager/coach who seems in love with the game and less so with himself or his own narrative.
Here's hoping he gets the good fortune his (tactical) bravery and passion deserves in the coming weeks
