It's a bit daft having a public vote as it will be down to the team with most supporters, so it will probably be won by the Smug One.

My choice would have been O'Neil who, amazngly, isn't on the short list. He's done an incredible job keeping Bournemouth up

The public vote only counts for 10% of the total vote.

I think Unai Emery (sp) has done an incredible job with Villa.

I guess it's nailed-on go to Pep on account his absurdly-expensively-assembled squad demolishing Arsenal and Real Madrid and doubtless going on to complete a glittering treble. But in terms of punching above his weight and providing a near-enough full season's worth of thrilling entertainment for fans, neutrals and tourists alike, the clear winner has to be RDZ shirley?

All the obvious ones on there, but a shame there isn't a nod to Gary O'Neil. As much as I'm not a big fan of Plucky, he's done a terrific job there and they're comfortably safe, when everyone had them marked to go right back down.
Very good shout, especially after Scott Parker 'none of them are good enough', O'Neil has done that job with a lot of dignity, no histrionics, they've played some good stuff.
