Right here, right now
Derby midfielder Robbie Savage looks set to leave the club on loan in a bid for regular first-team football.

Would he drop down to L1?

He's a proven Premiership footballer who was allowed to leave Blackburn because he was no longer up to it, and can't get a game at the worst side in Premiership history, who are now near the bottom of the Championship. He was always a hard working, hard running combatative midfielder. If his legs have gone I'm not sure he'd be much/any use.

But anyway, as others have said, it's academic, as his wages would be far too big for us.

Nope, don't want him here.
too much of a poser and would cause unrest, and is not as good as his ego or reputation would have us believe, when did he last play a full 90 mins ?

Would always go for the man and the ball in that order, horrible player

Surely he's at that point in his career where it's Cardiff or Swansea?

I think I've read somewhere he's looking at studying a media course, before he jumping into a working 'retirement'.

Savage by name, savage by nature.

A good, maybe even great, player spoiled by his attitude.

Don't want to see him on the same pitch as the Albion, for or against.
