he's welsh :(

Couldn't give a monkey's where someone's from, what colour or religion they are, or what language they speak.

I'm only passing judgement on what I've seen of his behaviour.

My verdict = TWAT !

Don't think I'm alone in that opinion either ?

Why do we need Robbie Savage? He's a holding midfielder. We have Livermore and El Abd to play in that role, plus Virgo. We need a striker and a creative/attacking central midfielder.

So why is it so many supporters hate him ?

Granted, he has talent, or else he wouldn't have played in the top flight for all those years. Seems his biggest talent though is upsetting as many people as possible with his behaviour on the pitch.

I'd be surprised if he came to us anyway. Doubt he considers us good enough for him ?

Two wingers as far as I am aware (but maybe wrong about Thornton).

Anyansah has pretty much played up front against Man City and Northampton. Thornton is an attacking midfielder. I'd give my right arm to have Savage here, regardless of how many defensive midfielders we have non of them have played in the premier league (and certainly not as recently as last year!)

What is sad about that is that he actually laps up the taunting 'cos he's the centre of attention. He couldn't give a **** about pissing off the two players involved.

Yet another example of what a self centred little twat he is.

Thankfully, I still think we will be considered 'beneath him'.

Whether he's a twat or not, would love to see him here. "Class" is not a word associated with Robbie. But what he does is invaluable.
For parts of last year he was still playing for Blackburn. Would be quality.

In modern day football what is a winger if he isnt an attacking midfielder

I think you'll find a winger has always been an attacking midfielder. My original post stated we need a striker and a creative/attacking central midfielder. which we seem to have got in Thornton.

Sure he won't end up with us, but would be a top notch signing - he's a great player, despite his faults.
