A loan? from where? I was under the impression he is a free agent.
That was just terminology should have just been a trial or 7 day contract.

You don't trial a player like Robbie Keane, the man will have plenty of offers and rightly so.
Telling Keane to take a trial is a smack in the face to a man of his quality and pedigree

Are you sure you want to go toe to toe with someone who thinks its ok to offer a player of Keane's stature a 7 day contract? You don't trial a player like Robbie Keane, the man will have plenty of offers and rightly so.

Could we sign him on loan or a trial and test him out at Lincoln.

He doesn't need to be in the shop window, this is Robbie Keane we are talking about
Or someone who pushed the idea that KLL was actually on a secret 3 year loan from Newcastle ?Are you sure you want to go toe to toe with someone who thinks its ok to offer a player of Keane's stature a 7 day contract?

A 36 year old who has been out of top class competitve football since August 2011 so has something to prove. I think that he would be a good signing thought to doi the BZ role.
Even if you are suggesting that the MLS isn't competitive, which is bizarre, he went to Euro 2016 with Ireland and has only just retired from International football.
Why would he run the risk of being injured against a team like Lincoln, when he no doubt already has a number of offers to consider?
I would like the chance to play and put myself in the shop window before deciding on the next club to join.
