Would never happen no but he is exactly the sort of player we 'need'. Scores consistently in the prem, couldn't possibly turn someone of his stature down.

He hasn't been 'consistently linked with us' at all, He's a Premier League player who hasn't really had an opportunity lately at a top prem side, he'll most likely go on loan to a bottom half Prem club.

On here he has, which is all I said. And I agree we need a striker but someone with some aerial presence/strength to hold the ball up preferably.

Of course Keane would be good at Chanpionship level but I think we already have players of his type who will do well enough.
