I think we are extremely lucky to still have a cricket club given the financial meltdown on the back of Covid.

Very interesting interview. The Hundred will help clubs bank balance and line players pockets but another nail in 4 day game because will only be played in April May and September. .. 50 overs wil now be played by 2nd team

I thought Sussex were due more money from Spen Cama's legacy. Not sure if that is right or not but his help must have gone a long way for the county.

He died 20 years ago and by 2011 the club had spent their share and some on; the new open air South-West Stand, permanent hospitality marquees, a cricket school and a refurb of The Pavilion.
